The inaugural Realogy FWD Innovation Summit was a success. On June 18, 2013, a group of 15 emerging technology companies presented their products and ideas to about 150 of our top executives, board members and brokers from our leading brands.
Floored, a New York City-based company that generates interactive 3D models of all types of real estate, was named the winner and took home the $25,000 cash prize.
“Floored and its 3D modeling capabilities truly stood out among today’s field of talented entrepreneurs,” said Alex Perriello, president and CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group. “Every presenter showcased innovative ideas with a range of practical applications, but there could only be one winner. We’re excited to continue a dialogue with each of these companies as we continue to move forward at the intersection of real estate and technology innovation.”
“It was an honor to participate in Realogy FWD and we feel very grateful to have been named the winner,” said Floored CEO David Eisenberg. “The feedback we received today was tremendously helpful, but more importantly, we were inspired to see that Realogy is so open and welcoming to outside innovation.”
The runner up was HomeZada, a company whose software helps homeowners organize and manage their home, and the other finalist was BuyerMLS, a real-time buyer marketplace for agents.
